Nestled in the heart of the Japanese Alps, the Shinshu Distillery was founded in 1985. Following a period of inactivity, it resumed production in 2011. Cosmo, a blended malt that features Mars single malt, pays tribute to the iconic mountain near the Mars Shinshu Distillery. With a wonderfully oxidative and extroverted character, it exhibits remarkable maturity while maintaining the vigor of its youth. This blend is a true masterpiece in the art of whisky-making.
