Luxardo Bitter Bianco features the same blend of bitter herbs, aromatic plants, and citrus fruits as Luxardo Bitter. However, before blending, most of these ingredients are distilled, which not only turns the liquid transparent but also subtly alters the flavor profile. At the final stage, an infusion of Roman Absinth (Wormwood) is added to intensify the bitterness, giving the drink its signature ivory hue.
