Crafted in France using a time-honored, meticulous process, La Fée Parisienne is made from nine individually distilled botanicals. Unlike a single-pass distillation, each botanical is distilled separately, then artfully blended by our master distiller following a traditional recipe approved by the French Absinthe Museum. Though more labor-intensive, this method ensures exceptional consistency, allowing both classic and modern absinthe cocktails to be faithfully recreated around the world.
Before dilution, La Fée Parisienne displays a brilliant, clear green hue with a vibrant aroma of fresh anise. When water is added, it louches into a beautifully milky lime green. The flavor reveals notes of fennel and subtle apple, with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel that defines the elegance of this Absinthe Supérieure.
