Irish whiskey and craft beer barrels: a perfect pairing. As with the best conversations, the one between Jameson’s Head of Whiskey Science and a local craft brewery’s Head Brewer began at the bar. This led to an exchange of whiskey and beer barrels, culminating in Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition – a triple-distilled, blended Irish whiskey patiently finished in barrels seasoned with Irish craft beer.
