This is such a pretty and floral wine with aromas of red cherry, cranberry, violets, slight earthy hints, black pepper and warm spice. Light colored in the glass, medium bodied on the palate with bright acidity. Fruit flavors on the palate are ripe and fresh, red berry and cherry notes, slightly a spicy finish. Versatile and would pair perfectly with anything from salmon, to chicken or turkey, or a nice charcuterie plate.
