It is a disturbing wine, at the crossroads of two worlds. First the white fruits, persistent, juicy, perfectly ripe. Then a floral plant that draws towards coniferous trees and takes us into the scrubland, a variation of dry notes on a background of gun flint. The impression is fresh, between mint and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine unveils an ample, almost creamy substance, invigorated by the marine influence. A finish of great elegance. A white of radiance and tension, which asserts its southern accents in a saline resonance.
