The Coravin System is a sophisticated wine preservation system. Designed by a medial device inventor, the Coravin works by inserting a long needle directly through the cork of an unopened bottle of wine. Push a button and argon goes in, which allows wine to come out through the same needle. When you're done, remove the Coravin and the cork reseals, leaving virtually no 
evidence that the wine's been consumed.
