Color: Bright yellow with green reflections. Nose: Very elegant, with a range of aromas of exotic fruits: mango, pineapple, coconut, blended with vanilla, floral hints, and notes of toasted brioche. Palate: Rich and powerful, with a long finish on a fruity and floral background. Cellaring: In the first 5 years, one will appreciate the fruity aromas which will then evolve towards more mature notes, including hints of dried fruits. Food and wine pairing: Serve at 10 to 12°C, with cooked shellfish, fish dishes, white meats, chicken tagine with apricots, goat and sheep cheeses, as well as fruit tarts and desserts.
