The 2023 A to Z Wineworks Pinot Gris is delightfully fragrant, with fruity aromas of honeydew melon, cantaloupe, tangerine, golden apple, ripe pear, and beeswax. On the palate, it offers vibrant notes of lemon curd, pineapple heart, fresh-cut pears, quince, and star fruit, complemented by hints of spearmint, celery stalk, and apple sauce. The texture is smooth and round, with mid-palate weight featuring flavors of grapefruit, honey, chamomile, and lemon zest. Zesty acidity and gentle fruit sweetness, supported by both exotic and familiar floral notes, make this wine extremely versatile.
